About the content I've created as an employee experience consultant:
I wish I could share the exciting communications I've created in my time as a consultant, but they're for my clients' uses only!
However, I can give you some highlights from some of the projects I have worked on:

Drafted 45+ versions of brochures for a large healthcare system changing its benefits

Created a full resource library including guides, videos, and fact sheets to educate employees of a global personal products company on their new incentive program (I also oversaw translation of all resources into 15 languages.)

Mapped the design of multiple total rewards- and/or benefits-focused websites for employee use

Designed a manager training program on a to-be-implemented career framework
And much more. Evidently, I write for a variety of audiences. I know how to think like my reader and tailor content to their interests and needs. Working with a large range of companies, I have written content for non-profit workers, bankers, electricians, nurses, engineers, corporate executives, and factory workers, to name a few.

Jennifer Trepeck is a personal health coach, podcaster, and business consultant. On her podcast she discusses evidence-backed strategies for achieving personal wellness goals. I worked on Jennifer's social media in 2021, mainly on Instagram accounts for both her personal brand and podcast.
This brand played with full of playful, millenial-humor content that could also give a confidence boost or useful tips to its audience.

m&h is a small promotional merchandise company with clients ranging from summer camps to corporations. I connected with the founders and owners, Miriam & Carrie, through the Muhlenberg College alumni network and helped them communicate and provide value to their client base in 2021.
